Scientists discovered the “allergy gene” and are convinced that allergies are eventually a genetic anomaly that can mutate.

Under this logic, scientific studies went on to conclude that human genes are not static. In fact, genes can and do change during the life of a person.

Lifestyle choices and various environmental factors can transform and change your DNA. This process goes on from generation to generation, changing the data that we currently know.

The truth is that there is a number of things you come in contact with every day that can change your DNA without you knowing it. Here are some of them:

1. Cell phone radiation

For years, scientists have insisted that the radiation from mobile phones affects human DNA. Several studies have confirmed that, but most of us still insist on holding the headset at the ear, despite the fact that technology offers us hands-free devices.

However, many wireless headsets even increase the radiation to the brain, thus being just a bad choice. One solution is using… seaweed, which as we know can “pull” the radioactivity from the body, but surely this solution is not feasible on a daily basis…

So at least try to avoid too many conversations on your mobile phone and remember to always use a hands-free.

2. Insecticides and fertilizers

Another enemy of DNA is pesticides and fertilizers, which are consumed by everyone… with food. Even if you’re a fan of organic products, the truth is that you cannot avoid them.

The frequent injections are made, for example, to kill mosquitoes and other insects, using chemical insecticides, which not only are harmful to health but also can alter the DNA.

The same applies to fruits and vegetables, which undergo different procedures aimed at the acceleration of maturation and using special fertilizers, which contribute to the mutation of the DNA. A good solution is to prefer organic products, but even they cannot fully protect us from the process of “mutation”.

3. Plastic

One of the biggest enemies of DNA is plastic. If you are thinking that it is not as dangerous since we do not “consume” it, then maybe you should consider foods that are wrapped in plastic and have the capacity to absorb the material, so as a result plastic can penetrate into the food.

In fact, according to the book “Detoxify or Die” by Professor Dr. Sherry Rogers, an average person can “absorb” about 210 micrograms of plastic per day only from foods that are packaged in it. Indeed, the plastic is a major suspect for various cancers.

4. Stress

Stress is a “tricky” enemy of the DNA. The consumption of antioxidants and polyphenols can help fight stress, preventing the creation of free radicals in the body.

A diet rich in dark-colored fruits and vegetables, and green tea helps maintain physical and mental health and prevent DNA mutations.

These are just some things that are known to change your DNA, and you probably come in contact with them every day!

Stress more than anything. Why do you people with unhappy lives look so old and worn out and miserable?

How about those with a great and exciting life? Why do they look so young and energized?

    Stress…

When you consider cell phone radiation, insecticides and fertilizers, plastics and stress are 4 everyday things that alters DNA .. you can see just how thoroughly the system has designed this world in working toward hindering DNA advancement in waking humanity .. Which has also hindered humanity is a Positive Spirit healing of mind, body and soul .. I thank the CREATOR that the reign of evil is in process of ending …

Thanks for the useful information. There are studies that suggest that your belief system can alter your DNA. A person who believes that he or she is healthy and really utilizes that belief, for example, through visualization and using healthful words about his or herself and situation, can undego DNA changes that seem to ‘respond’ to the thought. The mind is a wonderful thing.

Well hello Lauren I see that you may have relations to an old friend

    This is very true.

Every human will have some type of mutation within their DNA during their lifetime regardless of the factors mentioned above.

It will happen to all of us.

Like God say’s if men continue on his own way, his going to destroy the world… they alway’s wanted/had the power and they wan’t us to be their popets… All we can do is pray brother and sister’s

So what you’re saying is all of this can alter you’re gene pool

Comment…is it possible for DNA paternity test to be wrong ,

  9. Shirley

I have read that it can be possible. If a man had a bone marrow transplant it could alter his DNA.
