Sound therapy is a type of therapy which utilizes the vibrational patterns of certain frequencies to influence our bodies and minds.
It has become an accepted means of healing and calming, and the topic has had a lot of research done on it to reaffirm the capabilities that sound therapy can have. These practices go back all the way to ancient cultures and have been becoming progressively more accepted in modern practice.
For instance, Dr. James Gimzewski of UCLA, California, uses an atomic force microscope to listen to the sounds emitted from individual cells. Through this, Dr. Gimzewski has discerned that every sell “sings” to its neighbors with a different sonic signature. This new study, referred to as Sonocytology, maps these pulsations as they’re found in the cell’s outer membrane.
To give my readers more of an idea of the impact vibrational frequencies can have on cellular structure, Dr. Gimzewski hopes to not only be able to discern whether cells are healthy or not, but to have the ability to play the amplified song of rogue cells back to them so that they implode and are destroyed. In theory, there would be no damage to surrounding tissue since healthy cells would not resonate with these frequencies.
Additionally, various aspects of our lives are influenced by vibrational frequencies, including music in the tuning of the instrument and the configuration/pattern of the notes played, as I describe in a previous article, Music Therapy: This Is How Music Heals Your Body and Enhances Your Mind.
The 528 Hz frequency
That said, this article isn’t about sound therapy or major advancements in non-intrusive medical technology, but actually focuses on a specific component of sound, a frequency which is said to have the ability to literally transform your DNA: one of six Solfeggio tones, MI, which resonates at 528 Hz.
I have written an article, The Flower of Life: a Pattern That Makes up Everything Around Us, which explains, in some depth, what the flower of life is, and it’s importance as a building block of reality.
As I mentioned before, the pattern which this ancient symbol follows is the same which can be seen in our DNA, and which also matches the resonance pattern when measured at 528Hz.
According to Ralph Smart, this frequency is central to the “musical/mathematical matrix of creation”. Taking this definition in context, I believe it to be reasonable to deduce that this specific vibrational pattern is a highly important factor in the Merkaba geometry which makes up so much of our existence.
It is well known that energy is everywhere and in everything. When we move, we’re using energy to make our muscles respond – even firing synapses takes some energy.
One of the fundamental laws of physics is regarding the Law of Vibration. Everything is in constant motion, vibrating rapidly; every molecule in existence is vibrating. So, given the effect that vibrations have on vibration, it only makes sense that audial vibration would influence us.
There is a musical scale referred to as “Solfeggio”. This scale is comprised of six tonal notes which were said to be chanted by Gregorian knights. The purpose of the chants was that they contain special tones or frequencies which, when sung in harmony, were believed to impart spiritual blessings during religious masses.
In 1050 AD, however, these specific frequencies seem to have become lost to history though some still believe they’re kept in the archives of the Vatican. Each of the six Solfeggio frequencies corresponds to a tonal note, Hz frequency (per second), and are associated with a specific color, and, ultimately, to a particular chakra in the body.
The 528hz frequency is associated with the heart chakra and has always been thought to stand for Love, and “Miracle”. In fact, Dr. Leonard Horowitz proclaimed, “528 cycles per second is literally the core creative frequency of nature. It is love.” This particular frequency adapted the name “Miracle” because of its use through history to heal and repair DNA, as observed by genetic biochemists.
It’s really no surprise, either, that this frequency repairs DNA. Considering that this vibrational pattern and our DNA both share the same core Merkaba geometry, it would make perfect senses that they resonate and strengthen one another.
For those who are curious, here is a list of all six frequencies, their Hz, and their perceived meaning:
- UT – 396 Hz – Liberating Guilt and Fear
- RE – 417 Hz – Undoing Situations and Facilitating Change
- MI – 528 Hz – Transformation and Miracles (DNA Repair)
- FA – 639 Hz – Connecting/Relationships
- SOL – 741 Hz – Expression/Solutions
- LA – 852 Hz – Awakening Intuition
