Solar plexus chakra is one of the most commonly blocked ones and thus often requires healing.

During our existence, the pitfalls of a blocked solar plexus chakra can accumulate all sorts of problems and make us encounter obstacles on our way. These include financial difficulties and misfortune in love or work. This is when solar plexus chakra healing may help.

The problem is that those who have the biggest difficulty in recovering from a trial tend to turn to damaging outside sources of relief, such as drugs. It is a shame that this reflex is so common because there are many solutions much more natural and non-harmful.

Discover in this article everything you need to know about the healing of the solar plexus chakra.

What Are Chakras?

Chakras are the areas of your body, or more precisely, the points of entry and exit of the energies of your body. There are dozens of them, scattered in many places of your body, and all of them have different names and properties. These are areas that are very sensitive to good and bad energies, which is why they should be cleaned regularly. That of the solar plexus is particularly sensitive.

Located at the level of the ribcage and esophagus, it controls our breathing center. When one feels that they have their throat knotted (more commonly known as a “knot in the throat”), this is a sign that it is time to proceed with the healing of the solar plexus chakra.

Characteristics of the Solar Plexus Chakra

Because this plexus has a function of emitting energies that help us to take our place and to relate to others, it also serves as a filter that cleans and purifies external energies.

The pathologies of this chakra are characterized by twists, black lines, and spots; often it is “collapsed” inward. When the energies coming from outside are no longer filtered, they enter the cone, which is twisted more and more as protection.

The whole process causes even more emotional or relational pains that can be felt physically. The person will also have difficulty asserting themselves.

Of course, we can magnetize it, release it and use healing techniques that treat the symptoms. There are many techniques you can employ.

The first is linked to the back, the root of the chakra which depends on the structure of the person and their relationship to following instructions and the authorities.

If the person has a very conflictual relationship with the authorities, order and structure, then the root energies of the chakra (in the back) will be immobilized and the plexus (sunflower flower) will not be fed with energy, thus leading it to collapse.

The second source of problems is the emotional chakra of the heart that can create a blockage of the plexus which will manifest the same node symptom. In any case, a revision of the heart chakra is always a wise choice.

The most common cause of dysfunctions of the solar plexus is the weakness of the Sacral and Root chakras. If one of them is weak, undersized or shy, the plexus doesn’t receive enough vital energy.

There are several resources to boost the Sacral chakra, including Tai Chi Chuan. You can combine and use faster techniques from Pranayama classes, such as self-massage, for example.

For the Root chakra, its stimulation requires precision in energetic dosages. It is best to do this with massage, or even by contracting the pubococcygeus muscle. The whole being is associated with either fast breaths or, on the contrary, according to the very slow and deep breaths. This work of re-appropriation of these spaces may require from two to ten weeks to bring results.

Once the energy rises along the column, it feeds the solar plexus chakra, which gradually regains its natural form (in both senses of the term) and its emission functions, assimilation and protection.

How to Set up the Solar Plexus Chakra Healing

Contrary to popular belief, performing a solar plexus chakra healing is not so complex. Anyone with minimum knowledge can do it: there is no need for you to be an expert or a great master of yoga or meditation.

The first step to healing your solar plexus is to find a quiet, discreet place where you can stay calm during this particular session.

The second step of the healing process is to massage the area of the solar plexus in a counter-clockwise direction for several tens of minutes in order to proceed with a reboot, which will allow complete healing and purification of your chakra.

At the same time, to help you concentrate and relax, you can also burn a few sticks of incense or scented candles.

Conclusion

The solar plexus chakra becomes hyperactive when the power we have over our own lives extends into the lives of others. When this chakra is too energized, you can quickly feel anger, the need to control and micromanage, greed and a lack of compassion or empathy.

Solar plexus chakra healing also entails practicing opening your heart to love and compassion. Meditate on the sending love and kindness from your heart to all those around you. Refocus the power you have and imagine yourself as a beacon of love.
