Jamie Logie is a certified personal trainer, nutritionist, and health & wellness specialist. He holds a bachelor of science (B.Sc.) degree in Kinesiology from the University of Western Ontario. He also has a counseling diploma from Heritage Baptist College as well as multiple personal training and strength training specialist certifications. Jamie has traveled all over the world and has had the chance to see the damages that come from the unhealthy lifestyle habits of modern people in different countries. This is what inspired him to start a writing career so that he could motivate as many people as possible to take back control of their health. Jamie has a vast background in training professional athletes, which allowed him to gain a great deal of experience in educating people on mindset and motivation topics as well. He runs a blog and top-rated podcast on iTunes called "Regained Wellness" and is the author of the Amazon best-selling book called “Taking Back Your Health”.
