You cannot possibly understand the true strength that resides within you until you utilize the power of subconscious mind. With this power, you can do anything!

Many people live day to day with a fear mindset, deriving from millions of negative thoughts. This is a form of control, not by others, but a control that derives from our limitations.

Our limitations are created, not so much by outside influences, but rather from the way we think. This is one important area where the power of the subconscious mind comes into play.

How it all works

The conscious mind decides and plans according to the information it receives from two areas nicknamed the “chatterbox” and the “higher self”. With this upload, the conscious mind tells the subconscious mind to catalog the information and put that into action.

The subconscious mind doesn’t make judgments or ask any questions, it just uses its energies to guide us to where we need to go and what we need to do according to what we have done in the past.

Now, the strange thing about the subconscious mind is that it can also serve as a sort of “auto-pilot” when something is wrong with the conscious mind or when the conscious mind has become preoccupied.

The subconscious mind remembers the important duties forgotten by the conscious mind and sometimes can act in a sort of mindless determination. This is more powerful than you think!

The power of the subconscious mind can change things

It’s obvious that our brain struggles with decisions and problems constantly, but there will be signs that things are changing as our thoughts begin to reconsider certain circumstances.

The power of the subconscious mind will be evident during some of these changes. Here are a few ways you can tell when our thinking is becoming elevated.

Fewer feelings of fear

When the power of our subconscious mind grows stronger, we will lose the edge that often came with fear. We will still be able to have a healthy dose of discernment in our conscious thoughts, but we will lose the paralyzing sensation of despair that once came with worry and anxiety, which are symptoms of a weaker subconscious.

The lack of these heightened fear sensations comes from choices and being able to complete tasks during the most difficult of times. It is one of the most recognizable traits of a strong mindset.

Peace

As with the lessening of fear, a peaceful mind will be another way to understand this rising power. When the subconscious is working to its fullest abilities, everything around us will seem peaceful.

Yes, there will always be difficult situations and issues, but the world will seem more like one when your thoughts have shifted in a positive direction. The power of the subconscious mind will be evident in the embodiment and the perception of peace.

Optimal health and well-being

One outstanding thing you will notice in those who seem to harness the power of subconscious mind is their health.

When the subconscious mind is working with information derived from the higher self, you will appear much younger than you really are and energy levels will be increased as opposed to the energy level of those who dwell in a negative state of mind.

This is true because the mind governs the body, and all things physical will reflect what dwells within our mental workings. Illnesses and diseases will also be rare in those who operate in this heightened mindset.

Spirituality

When the higher mind is driving the subconscious, many people experience a spiritual awakening. Some of these people will dive into prayer life or meditation which helps them make a stronger connection.

There will be a deeper meaning surrounding the decisions they make and which voice they want to listen to (positive or negative).

A more pronounced spirituality will mean a mindset that chooses to remain calm, focused, and driven toward positive aspects of life. It also means having the determination to overcome with the help of a higher power. This higher power is both similar and influential to the subconscious mind.

Healthy sleep patterns

When you are driven by your higher intellect and connected firmly with your subconscious, then you will be more immune to insomnia. A calm mind will make it easier to sleep at night, void of all the information pouring in from the chatterbox.

If you are sleeping, then your subconscious mind is absorbing information from the higher thinking which was chosen by your conscious mind. At some point, you have trained your conscious mind to listen to peace instead of worry and the results help you sleep better at night.

Confidence

Our wavering self-esteem is a product of fear and fear is derived from the constant information coming from the chattering center of our brains. Now, with all that being said, our confidence is greatly improved when our subconscious takes more of its information from higher thinking.

In this region of thinking, we are sure of who we are and capable of making the right decisions at the right time. There is a powerhouse within us when we acquire the attribute of self-love.

Success

Now, after our mind has become aligned with the positive things, our abilities to succeed are following close behind. Finances, family relations, and even romantic relationships are successful.

The relationship we have with our children is improving. This is all from the power of our subconscious and the direction of our thinking.

This success will then bring even more success and financial freedom. With this success, we can also be a beacon of light and an example to others. Wow! When you see these things happening in you or someone you know, then your subconscious is gradually taking larger roles in your day-to-day life.

Faith and trust

Those who are experiencing a powerful subconscious movement will display an unwavering faith. They will find it easier to trust others and believe wholeheartedly in what they want out of life.

To have faith is probably one of the most difficult things to do, but when living by the power of the subconscious mind, it can seem like second nature. If you see a faithful, loving, and trusting person, you see someone who walks in the assurance that things will go just as they have planned.

Never forget the subconscious

While the conscious mind gives out orders to the subconscious, this doesn’t mean that it is less powerful, on the contrary. The subconscious mind does act out orders and performs jobs derived from the conscious mind, and even carries out some petty operations, spilling out of the chatterbox area of thinking.

But it’s the substance of the higher thinking areas of the brain that really drive the subconscious to display its real power, and boy does it leave a mark on life.

Recognizing your power can help you train and coerce the conscious mind to listen to more positive information instead of the clamor of everyday life. After all, it’s wisdom, utilized by the power of subconscious mind that will change the world.

    • Sunil,

Thank you for reading, and thank you for giving me the idea that I should share those ways of empowering the subconscious. Thank you, indeed. Hopefully, we can discuss this on a later date.

      • Mam can you tell why am feeling i have superpower o dont breath i meditate about 10hr a day am very fast no feelings inside me i feel my name zero

        • Hello Rahuljith,

What you are describing is what I used to call, "reaching the one". Meditation can lead you to such a pure place that you will feel yourself fading away. You will feel as if you are no longer breathing because your breath has become one with the air and your skin and you. As much as you say you are meditating, I feel like you are touching the outer reaches of the "one". The one is, from what I have learned in my early adulthood, is the "all" the "nothing" ...I have fasted and reached spiritual places unknown to me before and my emotions seemed part of all that was around me. It's amazing and I can see how this would be supernatural. In a way, it is supernatural but completely natural to us. We all know these things.

  • This is the vapid kind of content I've found typical of this site. Very glossy, low on nutritional value...

    • You know, I appreciate all opinions and personal preferences etc. Voices like yours, dear sir, are what's helped me grow. I appreciate the fuel. ;) But, quite the contrary, there is so much nutritional value here.

      • I appreciate this conversation Sherrie! Had this exact struggle in my head and ended up a week inpatient. I am currently on my road to recovery and can visualize my emotions and settle them down.....Finding my spiritual "foundation" again, as I have moved my subconscious to a sandbar. Therefore, I am rebuilding on my spiritual foundation. This week I learned the sand is to unpredictable and a reckless place....Stumbled upon this article and am starting to see many of the signs you described! Thank you so much!

  • Sherrie, everything you touched on in your article resonated within me. I have been experiencing this very thing for the past year or two. It's nice to know I'm not the only one. I've found that gratitude for the simplest things in life can make such a difference. Don't mind all these negative people, hopefully one day they will understand. Thanks!

    • Thank you, Kristi. I am glad that something you have read here helps you understand things within. I'm not really concerned about negative type comments. Sometimes they motivate me, honestly. You have a wonderful day!

  • you have greatly changed my aspect of positive value thinking because all my life l have being body shaming abusing my mindset living under dead love relationships, fear until understanding oneself is giving greater time to dig through happiness, self awareness and knowing you can rely on the other you(spiritual self)for it will never betray you

    • Finding self-worth, Dranimva, is one of the most important things you will ever do. Once you do this, you will never accept less. Always keep doing better and being better, not so much for others, but for you.
