In fact, these ways are so many, but the point is to find something personal, something that suits you and your state of mind. Here are three good ideas that can help you.

Keep a journal

Writing, as it has long been known to psychologists and self-helpers, is one of the most suitable activities to increase one’s self-esteem and confidence. Keep a diary to remember all your achievements and creative solutions, along with your failures. With the help of a pen or pencil, you can explore your fears and doubts, and set goals and objectives for your personal development. Once you decide to take on a task, write it down on paper and make it your obligation.

Be involved in public affairs

Nobody knows you as you do, but sometimes it is useful to go beyond your limits and become part of the group for some time. Taking part in something bigger than yourself can help you understand who you really are.
